Mr. Erlich is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Oakland. Prior to starting his own firm, he spent four years specializing in labor and employment, during which he represented individuals and labor unions for several San Francisco firms. Mr. Erlich focuses a majority of his practice on representing individuals in employment disputes. Additionally, prior to practicing law, he worked as a union organizer on successful campaigns to unionize public-sector employees. Mr. Erlich is particularly attuned to the needs of individual employees who feel that they have suffered adversely.

Mr. Erlich has also advised clients in real property transactions and litigation focusing on commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, lease negotiations and property disputes.

Mr. Erlich graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1994. He was admitted to the California Bar in 1999 after graduating from Hastings College of the Law in the same year. Mr. Erlich is duly admitted and licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in the state of California.

Through his volunteer work, he continues to provide assistance to low-income workers at the Employment Law Center and the Worker's Rights Clinic. In addition to his passion for the law, he enjoys running, hiking, skiing, traveling and outdoor activities. He has traveled, hiked and skied throughout the world including several months-long trips to Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland.
